Who charges the Shipping fees for returned products?

Our team will arrange for the return shipment for customers residing within India. For customers residing outside India, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Can I get an exchange for the damaged products purchased on Skcello ?

Only damaged products are eligible for exchange. No refunds will be initiated, regardless of whether the item was purchased at regular price or as part of a sale.
